Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization, submits her proposal to the United Nations for the imposition of world-wide excise taxes on the Internet and commercial banking to fund vaccinations and other medicines for impoverished nations.  Chan also proposes the eventual globalization of all health research under the direction of WHO.  Completely absent from Chan’s proposal is funding for cost effective means of disease prevention such as proper nutrition, and availability of adequate vitamin supplements.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) abandons his campaign promise to reduce 1,300,000,000,000 annual Federal budget deficit by 50% during his first term: “A lot of us didn’t understand at that point how bad it was going to get.”
