While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Lyndon Johnson signs senate resolution 3497:
- The National Flood Insurance Act, encourages economic development of floodplains.
[restored 7/4/2021]
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development of 1968, purportedly privatizes the Federal National Mortgage Association (a.k.a. “Fannie Mae”) into a Federally chartered corporation.
NOTE: By spinning off Fannie Mae as a “government sponsored enterprise” from the Federal Housing Administration, Johnson is legally able to remove Fannie Mae’s debt from government balance sheets, while continuing to expose U.s. subject/enemy/citizens to its risks through the unlawful, personal, Federal income tax. The act also creates the Government National Mortgage Association (a.k.a. “Ginnie Mae”) which will continue to purchase FHA and Veteran’s Administration mortgages. This accounting gimmick allows Johnson to declare an illusory 500,000,000 “dollar” surplus, while the national debt still increases.
[restored 7/4/2021] Thanks to Freedom’s Phoenix and Chuck McGlawn for this entry.
- The Urban Property Protection and Reinsurance Act, allowing states to charter corporations for purpose of selling, fire insurance in riot prone cities.
Question: Why do the states need permission from the Federal government to charter insurance companies?
