While the United states Armed Forces are in Vietnam, “united in its determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq. signs the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, setting limits on spending for political campaigns and implementing campaign finance reporting requirements on candidates.  The act also creates the presidential campaign fund to be funded by voluntary one-“dollar” check-offs my by U.s. subject/enemy/citizens on their Federal income tax returns.

     NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
