The 13th judicial circuit court of florida, hands down state v. Diggs: a jury composed entirely of United states subject/enemy/citizens of European descent, acquits four Miami Police officers of killing Arthur McDuffie, an insurance salesman.

Postscript: The verdict touched off three days of rioting that left 18 U.s. subject/enemy/citizens of African descent dead.
