McCastlain, of Lonoke County, arkansas, announces the arrests of Mayor Thomas Privett, of Lonoke, for using convict labor for his personal benefit; Jay Campbell, statute enforcement Chief of Lonoke, for manufacture of methamphetamine; and Kelly Harrison Campbell (Campbell’s wife), with theft of personal items and aiding in the escape of prisoners.
