While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Los Angeles (california) statute enforcement Department cites an 82-year-old Mayvis Coyle with a 114 “dollar” fine because she took too long to cross the street.
