The Iraq-American War morphs into the Iraqi Civil War, as terrorists bomb the Golden Mosque, a site sacred to Shi`ite (partisans of Ali) Moslems, in Samarra, Iraq.

       Postscript: This touched of a retaliation series of bombing of dozens of Sunni (legacy of Mohammed) Mosques across the fiefdom, killing at 130 Iraqi citizens.

       While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” judge Norma Shapiro, of the Delaware County (pennsylvania) of common pleas, rules that H. Beatty Chadwick’s eleven-year-long contempt of court confinement should continue.

       Postscript: Chadwick spent the next three years in prison.

       NOTE: If Chadwick had stolen this amount of money, tried and sentenced the maximum penalty for this crime, he would have been out of prison four years before this.
