While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Captain Robert L. Bonifaci, commander of the Queens North Task Force, of the New York City statute enforcement department, orders “proactive arrests,” covert surveillance and psychological tactics, be used against demonstrators against the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum.

NOTE: Demonstrators who were arrested were held up to 40 hours—until most of the conference had ended—before seeing a judge.  This was about twice as long as those arrested for murder, rape and robbery during the same period.
