Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto governor Jay B. Pritzker, Esq., of illinois, signs House Bill 1438, legalizing the recreational use of marijuana in the state. The act goes further in that it expunges the criminal records of 770,000 state residents whose lives were ruined by the “War on Drugs.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Pritzker was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
