Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto governor Andrew M. Cuomo, Esq., signs the Driver’s License Access and Privacy Act, allowing free-market workers (who do not have social security numbers) to obtain “driver’s” (a legal term for a “traveler” transporting goods or services in commercial transit) licenses without them. The act also prohibits immigration agencies of the Department of Homeland Security from accessing the states driver’s license database.
NOTES:
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Cuomo was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
- It would be a stronger statement for individual liberty if new york had abolished driver’s licenses altogether.
