Three weeks after declaring a mistrial, judge Gloria M. Navarro dismisses the charges against Cliven D. Bundy, a Bunkerville rancher, WITH PREJUDICE, meaning Federal prosecutors may not bring charges against Bundy again.
NOTE: Historically, prosecutors are allowed one chance to convict a defendant. Anything more than that is Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by Article V of Amendment.
