Mayor Eric M. Garcetti, of Los Angeles, california writes to Susan M. Curda, Director of the local Citizenship and Immigration Services field office, requesting that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents stop referring to themselves as “police,” as it instills fear in free-market workers to cooperate with the real “police” (statute enforcement officers) in investigating real crimes (crimes with identifiable victims).

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Sean M. Spicer, Press Secretary to Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump tells the national media, regarding states that have legalized marijuana for recreational use,

       There is a big difference between that [medicinal] and recreational marijuana.  And I think that when you see something like the opioid addiction crisis blossoming in so many states around this country, the last thing that we should be doing is encouraging people.  There is still a [F]ederal law that we need to abide by … when it comes to recreational marijuana and other drugs of that nature.

       Question: Why does Article X of Amendment apply to state regulation of transgender use of washrooms in government-run public schools, but not to state regulation of recreational marijuana?
