In the spirit of 9-1-1 (9/11/2001), while the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Sheriff Peyton C. Grinnell, of Lake County, florida, releases a threatening video, in which he is flanked by four of his statute enforcement officers, wearing black ski masks and bulletproof vests.  In his soliloquy Grinnell promises to do violence against free-market vendors of recreational drugs: “Enjoy trying to sleep tonight wondering if tonight’s the night the SWAT team blows your front door off the hinges.”

       An Oneida County, wisconsin Special Weapons And Tactics team slams Thomas Smith, a 65-year-old with Parkinson’s Disease, to the ground for having called 9-1-1 seeking medical assistance.

       Postscript: Smith would spend the next five days hospitalized with injuries from the assault.
