While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Steve Shaulis, a Woodland Hills (government-run public) High School (pennsylvania) resource officer (acting under-color-of-law) address 14-year-old Que’chawn Wade, with a “gay slur,” before punching him in the mouth knocking out a front tooth, over a missing cell phone.

       NOTE: This is the second incident of RO physical abuse against a high school student committed by Shaulis in as many years.
