CONSTITUTION DAY: While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” a Modesto (california) statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) stops Robert Van Tuinen from passing out complimentary copies of the Constitution for the united States. Van Tuinen was not performing his Freedom of Speech activity in the school designated “free speech zone”; nor did he reserve that zone with the Student Development Office.
