[T]he Constitution is what the judges say it is.

—-  Charles Evans Hughes,
Associate Justice of the Supreme Court (1910-1916),
chief justice of the United states (1930-1941).

Happy New Year! While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the eastern district of new york refuses to hear Abidor v. Napolitano: judge Edward R. Korman rules that the imposition of a one-hundred mile wide zone at the borders and shores of the nation where the Constitution for the united States is suspended does not violate the Constitution for the united States.
