Juan Hernandez, a 19-year-old resident, of Chicago, illinois, shoots his cousin United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal Moises Hernandez (private mercenary), in the leg to look like a gang shooting, in an effort to keep Moises from being returned to Iraq.
Postscript: A week later, city statute enforcement agents arrested Moises for filing a false police report, and Juan for aggravated unlawful (illegal) possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
NOTE: If Hernandez had wanted an honorable way to avoid returning to Iraq, he could have—according to his oath of enlistment—proclaimed himself a Constitutional Defender, and refused further participation in unlawful (foreign) military aggression.
