Sandra Shrewry, Director of Health for the republic of california, suspends the state’s medicinal marijuana user identification program, for fear that Federal statute enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law) might use that information to harass, arrest and prosecute, residents using marijuana under the direction of their physician.
