Cabelles, reversing a decision by the state supreme court, which declared searches of vehicles (a legal term for an “automobiles or trucks” bearing goods, services or persons in commercial transit), using drug sniffing dogs—without probable cause—to be unlawful.

The ‘War on Drugs’ is a colossal success for government force, and a colossal failure of the Bill of Rights; or rather the DOJ has its priorities reversed, but what should we expect of an unconstitutional ‘executive’ department? –– JL
