While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the second circuit court of appeals hands down Schulz v. Internal Revenue Service, denying the petition of Robert Schulz to have the recent IRS summons against him nullified for exercising his right, as described by Article V of Amendment, not to “be compelled … to bear witness against himself.”

       Where is the Department of Justice when it is needed?  Shouldn’t the United State’s DOJ be enforcing the Bill of Rights instead of violating it?  Who is moving to impeach the 2ND Court of Appeals?  Isn’t there one member of CONgress who will stand to support and defend the Constitution? –– JL
