While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court of the corporate United states refuses to hear North Jersey Media Group v.        The supreme court of the corporate United states hands down (Federal enclave of) Nevada Department of Human Resources v. Hibbs: The Family and Medical Leave Act applies to the state and municipal employees (government workers), as well workers for private businesses.

NOTE: Although the states are better suited to absorb these costs than private businesses, this decision represents a further erosion of State sovereignty.
