While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the American Dream Downpayment Act, for the purpose of increasing home ownership of racial minorities.

       Postscripts:

• Eighteen months after Bush signed this Act there were more than one million new homeowners from lower income and racial minorities.
• Over the course of the next four years, the value of these subprime (junk) mortgages almost quadrupled from 332,000,000,000 to 1,300,000,000,000 “dollars.”
• Five years after Bush signed this Act most of those homes were in default or foreclosure.
