While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) issues Executive Order 13303, exempting oil companies operating in Iraq from liability for any harm they cause.
NOTE: This is the root cause of United states problems in foreign policy: the “Ugly American” who does care for the sensitivities of the culture, or the people in the foreign lands that he is directed to deal with, by U.s. elected and appointed products of the same government’s controlled ‘public’ school system.
