While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., orders the Central Intelligence Agency to obstruct the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s probe of the burglary of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) National Headquarters in the Watergate Hotel by “The Plumbers,” (his illegal intelligence unit).

       The New Federalism/New Deal V (1969 – 1974) continues: Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., signs senate resolution 659, requiring any government-run or free-market public school—be it primary, secondary or undergraduate level—that accepts Federal assistance (in any amount), to conform to Federal standards.  One of the more draconian features of this act is Title Nine, which requires “gender equity” in interscholastic athletic programs, in schools that receive Federal funds.  Traditionally there has been greater interest in extracurricular sports programs on the part of boys than girls; but Title Nine requires equal amounts of spending on male and female programs

       Postscript: Over the next three decades, more than 350 men’s collegiate sports programs in wrestling, tennis, gymnastics, track & field and swimming were disbanded in an effort to comply with these obligations.

       NOTES:

• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
