FALSE FLAG OPERATION (1941b): In response to peace overtures extended by Prince Konoe, of the Empire of Japan, de facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., issues Executive Order 8832: under the authority: of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, all Japanese assets in the United States are frozen—an act of war.

       NOTES:

  • Congress will not declare war for another four months.
  • Since the United states had been the primary source of petroleum to the Empire of Japan, it is expected the Japanese will run out oil within three years, half that long in the event of war.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
