De facto Commander in Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq. issues Executive Order 8875, creating the Office of Price Administration, to draft wage and price controls to be implemented WHEN the United states enters the Axis War (World War II).

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
