Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., leaks a confidential letter written to him by Prince Fumimaro Konoe, Prime Minister of the Empire of Japan, Konoe had requested a personal meeting to peacefully resolve their diplomatic differences, but cautioned that a premature divulgence of the request could jeopardize his government, and place more radical, war-like elements in charge.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
