Prince Fumimaro Konoe, Prime Minister of the Empire of Japan, meets with Joseph Grew, ambassador from the United States, and agrees to the demands of Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., in hopes of resuming normal trade relations.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
