Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt proposes the Judicial Procedures Reform Bill (a.k.a. the “court-packing plan”), to the Democratic 12th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment), which would allow Roosevelt to appoint up to six additional supreme court justices.
NOTES:
- The court had been consistently ruling New Deal legislation unlawful by six to three margins. Had the JPRB become law New Deal legislation would have been ruled lawful by nine to six margins.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
