The New Deal II (1935 – 1939) continues: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., in his second inaugural address intensifies his call for the welfare state: “I see one-third of a nation ill-housed, ill-clad, ill-nourished, … The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
