The Old Court/New Court controversy continues: The anti-relief legislature of the Commonwealth of Kentucky repeals the Reorganization Act, the Replevin (Stay) Act, overriding the veto of Relief Party Governor Joseph Desha. The act dissolves the pro-relief/anti-banker new Court of Appeals, re-instates the anti-relief/pro-banker old Court of Appeals.
