The Congress of Panama adjourns: The delegates propose the creation a league of a multi-national union among Gran Colombia (Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Venezuela), the Republic of Mexico, Peru, and the United Provinces of Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica), with a multinational parliament and a combined military.
