The Attorneys General from 46 states reach the Master Settlement Agreement with the tobacco industry, extorting 206,000,000,000 “dollars” from tobacco companies for alleged medical expenses the states incur treating their resident’s smoking related health problems.

       NOTES:

  • The truth is most smokers die earlier, relieving governments of healthcare expenses.
  • The MSA may very well be unconstitutional, as Article I, Section 10 [Clause 1], forbids the States from establishing interstate compacts, without the consent of Congress.
