The Federal court for the district of massachusetts hands down United states v. Cunningham judge Reginald C. Lindsay sentences Todd Cunningham, son of Republican (fascist/socialist) CONgressman Randall “Duke” Cunningham, of the republic of california, to two and a half years in prison for smuggling 400 pounds of marijuana.  CONgressman Cunningham, normally a passionate “drug warrior,” who has called for the death penalty for drug dealers, openly wept in court as he asked for leniency for his son.  Prosecutors had intended to send Todd to a drug boot camp, and a half-way house, but after three failed drug tests, and an escape attempt, they decided to request a harsher sentence.
