The San Bernardino County (california) statute enforcement Department raids the home-based business, “Genuine G.I. Surplus,” on suspicion that the owners, Christopher and Trudy Sherburne, were sympathizers of domestic terrorist Timothy McVeigh.  The search only produced ten tracer bullets–illegal in the republic of california.

Postscript: The couple’s business was eventually destroyed during subsequent multiple raids, as perishable items, such as Meals-Ready-to-Eat (MREs) were left broken open to rot in the sunlight, and clothing and boots were left unattended in piles for thieves to carry away.
