In Paris, France, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., along with the leaders of seven other nations, signs the Dayton (Federal enclave of Ohio; Executive) Agreement, committing the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) to 12 months of peace keeping operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

       NOTES:

• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
