The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Miller v. Johnson, ruling that ethnicity may not be the “predominant factor” when drawing boundaries of winner-take-all legislative districts.
NOTE: While this decision does not discriminate for, or against, racial minorities, the very existence of winner-take-all legislative, no matter how they are drawn, discriminates against political minorities.
