Block: judge Robert M Takasugi—by reason of the fraudulent 14th amendment—refuses to hear the case of Denise Navarro’s family that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was negligent in refusing to dispatch a deputy to defend the defenseless Navarro, who was subsequently murdered by her estranged husband.
