The supreme court, of the corporate United states hands down Bennis v. michigan, upholding as lawful—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—the civil asset forfeiture of a ““vehicle” (a legal term for an “automobile or truck” bearing goods, services or persons in commercial transit) jointly owned by an innocent person.

NOTE: The “vehicle” in question was owned by Tina B. Bennis and John Bennis.  Detroit statute enforcement officers arrested John while he was engaged in sex with a prostitute, inside the “vehicle.”  Tina needed the “vehicle” to get a job to support her children, but did not get back; the husband, which Tina did NOT need, she did get back.
