While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Eli Kuhlman, a Wagner, south dakota statute enforcement officer, assisted by a state SEO, shoots (with an electric stun gun) a handcuffs, and then savagely beats Raymond Cournoyer, a 64-year-old Yankton Sioux Tribal Elder.  Cournoyer was, at the hospital, attempting to visit his dying mother, in her final moments.  He did not get them.
