The legislature, of the republic of california, passes Senate Bill 54, making california the first “sanctuary state.”  As a sanctuary state, statute enforcement officers are severely limited in their prerogative to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.  This is another example of State nullification of unconstitutional Federal law.

       While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” georgia Tech University statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoot a suicidal Scout Schultz, who is walking toward them holding a folded jackknife.
