While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” judge Katherine B, Forrest, of the Federal court for the southern district of new york rules in United states v. Ulbricht that it does not matter if Federal investigators violated Ross W. Ulbricht’s Right to Privacy in unlawfully accessing his computer servers, the court is powerless to rule whether or not they did.
