While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” in a national press release, the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announces that its Next Generation Identification System is at “Full operational capability.”  The NGIS expands the biometric capabilities of the FBI to include facial recognition software.
