While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the california Water Resources Control Board issues draconian regulations restricting washing cars on sidewalks, running fountains and watering lawns; and imposing fines of up to 500 “dollars” per day.  Meanwhile, the city of Glendora, california threatens Laura Whitney and her husband, Michael Korte with a 500 dollar fine if they do not water their lawn.

       New york atate statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) arrest David Beesmer for aerial photography of a hospital.

       NOTE: The statute that Beesmer was charged with violating concerns video recording of people “dressing or undressing or the sexual or other intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent.”
