While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the first district court of appeals, of illinois, hands down Independent Voters of illinois v. Ahmad, denying it has the power to declare as unlawful legislation that spend government funds solely for the benefit of a private interest.
