The supreme court, of the United states hands down Bowsher v. Synar, declaring that the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings mechanism for across the board, automatic-spending cuts are unlawful, as they violate the “Separation of Powers” Doctrine.

       Question: Attorneys (Officers of the Court) serving in the two political branches of government (executive and legislative) are already in violation of the SfP Doctrine, where was the court’s concern for that?
