Like, or similar to George W. Bush’s undeclared war on Iraq; What defines victory over a foreign nation? The elimination of their population or merely the seizure of their national assets? The 13th judicial circuit court, of alabama, hands down state v. Hays: judge Braxton L. Kittrell sets aside the jury’s sentencing recommendation of life without the possibility of parole, and sends Henry F. Hays to the electric chair.
Postscript: Hays was executed in 1997.
