William Casey, Director of Central Intelligence, apologizes to the senate intelligence committee for not informing them of the United states Navy’s mining of Nicaraguan harbors.  Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto senator Barry Goldwater, of the Federal enclave of Arizona, calls the mining an “act of war.”

       Barry Goldwater was certainly correct in this instance.  If Canada mined the approaches to Seattle wouldn’t we consider that an Act of War and a casus belli? –– JL
