Donald H. Rumsfeld, Special Envoy of Republican (fascist/socialist) President Reagan, meets with dictator Saddam Hussein, of Iraq, and delivers a letter from Reagan saying, “[T]he Iran-Iraq war could pose serious problems for the economic and security interests of the U.s., its friends in the region and in the free world.”  At the conclusion of the meeting arrangements are made for military aid to Iraq, and resumption of diplomatic relations—which had been severed since the 1967 Six-Day War.

       NOTE: Although Rumsfeld is aware that Iraq is using “weapons of mass destruction” (poison gas) in its war against Iran, he does not raise his objections to Hussein.

       All decent Americans should read Washington’s Farewell Address and heed it. These men, Rumsfeld, Reagan and Hussein are guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. And now a subsequent U.S. government has deposed Hussein, and killed thousands of Iraqis out of mere fear of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)? Are the patients in charge of the asylum? –– JL

       President Reagan, at a press conference with the national media, claims that El Salvador has “a 400-year history of military dictatorships.”  In truth the first military dictatorship did not begin there until a half-century previous.

       Obviously Ronald Wilson Reagan was a Machiavellian.  In his mind the end justified the means, regardless of his Oath of Office.  He not obeys the Rule of Law, or even the Commandment of his professed religion: Thou shalt not lie. –– JL
