In testimony to the senate select committee on presidential campaign activities, Alexander P. Butterfield, Federal Aviation Administrator, testifies that while Deputy Assistant to Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., he was responsible for tape recording all telephone calls and conversations at the White House.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
